Our central office is located in Kyiv, where the main practices of the firm are concentrated: Corporate Law, Tax Law, and FinTech.

Over eight years we provide the full scope of local and global business legal services to our clients, from their everyday legal matters to their most complex projects. This involves advising on them on their commercial, corporate matters, data, electronic money and blockchain, licensing, and regulation issues.

Vacancy description 

The international company Strategic Business Solutions Boutique is looking for a responsible international lawyer in Prague with perfect knowledge of the Czech language, as well as Russian or Ukrainian.

Your future obligations

  • interaction and coordination of work with other offices;
  • management, control over the office and recruitment of the team in the future
  • work with government agencies and banks of the Czech Republic;
  • work with foreign partners (communication in Russian and English);
  • maintaining office documentation and customer records;
  • consulting clients, residents of the Czech Republic on the legal registration of business in different countries (after training);
  • registration and support of international companies (after training);
  • work with foreign banks.
